In 1960 our father Mr. D.K. Patil took a first step, bought an old bulldozer and started a business. His handwork & dedication led our family towards involvement in many businesses successfully.

Timeline -

1960 - Started Earthmoving Business. Today we have more than 25 Machines like Ripper Bulldozers, Excavators, Heavy Cranes, and Trailers etc.

1989 – Tied up with KONICA Japan, and started a First Photo lab in Kolhapur. Named KONICA SQUARE

1995 – Entered in to floriculture project and producing flowers in Green Houses.

2000 – Entered in New Digital era and brought FUJIFILM’s (Japan) Laser printing technology for the first time in Kolhapur.

2005 – Started Exclusive Multi brand Camera Showroom first time in Kolhapur.

2008 – Became an Authorized dealer for ITR (Italy) – Pioneers in Earthmoving machinery spares.

2010 – Established ESSARCON, Manufacturing Aerated Lightweight Concrete Bricks.
and Took a step ahead into manufacturing machinery and plants for making Aerated Lightweight Concrete blocks ( AAC / ALC ).

2011 – Started a manufacturing unit of Industrial Hydraulic Hoses, Named – GTR Hoses
